Why can't I log in?
You can not gain access to your account on PC Game Shots if you are using the wrong username or password combination. You can recover your password by using the Password Recovery page.

I forgot my password how can I recover it?
You can recover your password by using the Password Recovery page An email will be automatically be sent to the account email address you used when you registered that will contain the password for your account.

My username and password are correct and I still can not log in.
If your username and password is correct and you still can not login, check to be sure that you have cookies enabled in your web browser. PC Game Shots requires registered users to utilize cookies.

To always enabled Cookies in Internet Explorer 7
To always enable cookies for the PC Game Shots website in Internet Explorer 7 select Tools>Internet Options then select the Privacy tab. On the Privacy Tab click the "sites" button. In the "Address of website" field enter each of these websites one at a time:

Then click OK then OK on the Interent options page.

To always enable cookies for the PC Game Shots website in Firefox select Tools>Options then select the Privacy tab. On the Privacy Tab click the "exceptions" button in the cookies section. In the "Address of website" field enter each of these websites one at a time:

What does the checkbox "remember username" do?.
If you check the remember username checkbox when you login, PC Game Shots will remember your username and password any automaticly log you in the next time you visit. Y0u must have cookies enabled to use this feature.


What is a cookie?
A cookie is a simple line of text that a Web server asks your browser to remember for future use. A typical cookie may store an ID number or a user name for a specific site on the Web.


Why do you use cookies?
Because account access to PC Game Shots is restricted we must identify each user and determine if their access rights allow them to update their account. Due to the technical design of the web the only way to identify each user is by asking the browser to hold a cookie that contains a unique ID number.


What information is stored in my cookies?
PC Game Shots stores a unique ID name to determine your access rights within the extranet. A new ID number is generated each time you visit the web site. If you check the "remember username" checkbox, then your username is stored in your cookie to speed your login when you return.
